EXCELLENT Based on 38 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Mick SVerified Cooking Class. This is all CLASS! Best I have done in Asia. Thanks Pat for a great day. Daun Senja: WOW. Breakfast and Cooking class with the Family. Unreal food, great tuition. Pat does it all along with you. It's like going to your friends for lunch. Highly recommended, Absolute highlight of our trip. Thanks so much Pat and Kingston for having us. Lots of laughs and foodPosted on Tripadvisor Andrew SVerified Amazing experience and must try!!! Me and my partner had a lovely experience. The market visit was very insightful to see how the locals live. The cooking class was very fun, interactive and delicious. We definitely recommended this tour!Posted on Tripadvisor E ChrisVerified Amazing Experience!! Absolutely great experience with Pat at her lovely home, she was very warm and friendly. It was a birthday surprise for my wife while we were on a two week holiday. The food was top notch with the entire family getting involved and loving every minute of it. We learnt a lot about Malaysian food culture and exchanged some of our own traditions as well. An experience we will never forget, definitely one of the highlights of our vacation. We made Roti jala, Chicken curry and Kuih keria and also had a nice breakfast on the market tour. Highly recommended!Posted on Tripadvisor Emily FVerified Incredible experience! We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Pat and Kingstons beautiful home for their fantastic Malaysian cooking class. This really stood out to us as a highlight of our 2 week holiday in Malaysia. Both Pat and Kingston were so friendly and accommodating, great fun, and so knowledgeable about traditional food and local cultures - we learnt so much! We enjoyed a delicious local and traditional breakfast together, and then learnt how to made 3 amazing dishes, that we had the choice in selecting. Following Pat’s demonstrations and instructions, we made our own individual dishes which we enjoyed all together afterwards. We really recommend this activity to anyone visiting Malaysia that loves food! We wish we were here for longer to try Kingston’s other tours, with Vespaliscous. Thank you so much to you both for such a special half day!Posted on Tripadvisor PlummskiVerified Wonderful cooking class with lovely Malaysian family in ther home We booked the cooking class with Pat and Kingston through Viator and it was a wonderful experience! Comms beforehand were frequent, concise and thorough so we met on the agreed date and time and at the place. Pat, Kingston and family took us to a local street market to purchase the ingredients to be used and have a local breakfast which was delicious. Returning to Pat's and Kingston's home our family of 4 split into 2 pairs and we cooked Nasi Lemak and Tong Yuen. It was hand-on and great fun, with loads of photos shared between our families. After cooking we sat down to share our culinary efforts between our families, sharing stories about our cultures - a great day and I thoroughly recommend Pat's and Kingston's cooking class.Posted on Tripadvisor Alexie IVerified MUST DO in Malaysia!! This was so much fun and SO DELICIOUS!! I went with my brother and we had so much fun. I learned so much about culture and food through this class and loved getting to see a typical market. The breakfast there was good and definitely recommend getting some teh tarik! We chose to make Nasi Lemak, cucumber & pineapple salad, and ondeh-ondeh for dessert and it was all amazing. Patricia and Winston were amazing hosts and instructors - I definitely feel like I can go home and make it myself now. Their daughters were wonderful as well and we definitely enjoyed spending our morning with the family, sharing in fellowship and food.Posted on Tripadvisor Explore15689787954Verified Fun and easy cooking for breakfast and lunch! Learn the culture through the food. Going to the wet market for breakfast was amazing and learning to cook was very fun and educational. The nasi lemak and sambal was easy, simple, and delicious. The cucumber and pineapple salad was fun to learn and trade techniques. The ondeh-ondeh was especially funny with mine falling apart and the hosts helping me out.
